Knorhoek, established in 1827, is situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg in Stellenbosch, has been in the Van Niekerk family for 5 generations.
After originally making bulk wines for bigger companies, we launched our first estate wines in 1997. The farm with its diverse topographical aspects, is ideal for the cultivation of both red and white varieties.
Known to be a famous Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc region, people come from a far to try these beautiful cultivars from our estate.
We dazzle people with our beautiful complex red wines and astonish them with affordable prices as well.
